Lucacia is a fictional world from several books written by Jo Oram. This wiki is about the world of Lucacia and the happenings therein.
Seph Isaac Roth is an orphaned child raised in Mira primarily by Dr. Arrett Sericus and Lizzi Schneider. Throughout his childhood, Seph found it hard to make friends and fell victim to bully Arkwright Rasmussen. He later made friends with Rogue, Hunter, Raven, Rune and Vic, a group of young soldiers, and Dr. Clara Ailin, a scientist who later became his 'surrogate mother'. Upon turning 14, Seph was taken into the Military Training Programme, where he trained as a soldier. (More...)
